“Driving To Tuscaloosa” is the second solo album by a Finnish guitarist and singer/songwriter Antti Kajander.

Released in June 2021 as a “covid project,” the bluesy Country/Americana album has had great reviews among the press and fans.

The singles “I’m Doin’ All Right” and “Swing It Baby” were featured in the biggest Country music weekly show, “the Country Doctor” in Radio Finland, while the entire album earned numerous plays in the Helsinki area indie radio station, “Roll FM.”

The album is made of eight tracks written and performed by Antti Kajander. He recorded and played all the instruments, mixed and produced the whole album and is also responsible for the cover art. Therefore, one could call “Driving To Tuscaloosa” a true solo-album.

Recorded between October and December 2020, the album features Julia Vuorinen as a backing vocalist on two tracks and all the tracks were mastered by Petri Majuri at E-Studio.

As the world is opening, Kajander is promoting the album by touring heavily in Finland and later on elsewhere in Europe and America.
